About CEAB
Public Act 07-242, An Act Concerning Electricity and Energy Efficiency. The Act reconstituted the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB) and modified its mission. However, the primary goal for this board remains to encourage competing energy solutions and to provide the opportunity to review multiple energy solutions simultaneously.
The CEAB is responsible for representing the state in regional energy planning, participating in the state's annual load forecast proceeding, and reviewing the procurement plan submitted by electric distribution companies.
